My Inspire HR won't turn on or take a charge

My Inspire HR stopped working over the weekend as I was wearing it.
I had noticed small glitches with the screen the last couple of weeks: normally when I raised my wrist to look at the time or my steps the screen would light up, but it wasn't do that anymore.
If a text came through on my cell and showed up on my fitbit, I would normally press the screen or side button to get rid of it, but it didn't always respond.
When I got a notification to update my tracker a couple of weeks ago, I was excited, thinking that it would fix the small glitches I was experiencing, but I couldn't download the update. I tried several times. Then on Friday it stopped responding. I cleaned it. I charged it. I tried holding the side button down as some have suggested. But nothing is working.

Has anyone else got their fitbit working again?

Hi @NKBoukis, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR stopped responding and it won't even take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
