Hi there, @Hev72. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire HR.
If the restart suggested by @SunsetRunner doesn't work, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Is it possible that you activated water lock by accident?? Double tap firmly on the screen to unlock it. If that was not the issue try restarting your Inspire HR? You will not lose any data doing a restart. Look here to see how it’s correctly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm if the problem persist try restarting again a couple more times.
