My inspre HR went dead and wont turn on after displaying a smile on the screen.

Anyone have any tip ?

Hi @Vtarl  Try restarting it several times, if you haven't already done that. Please come back here if that doesnt wake it up.

I have the same issue, I bought new fitbit inspire hr for my wife yesterday, it was a present. We tried setup it today, but during update the screen turned off, fitbit app was indicating "installing ...", we was waiting hour, and then restarted it, after restart we seen smile, then progress bar, then black screen again, we was again restarting it several times, but now I see only the smile, and then the black screen. Fitbit app can't connect to the device.
