My Inspire HR won’t switch on. It’s fully charged, I’ve tried going through the restart instructions but when I get to the smiley face the screen just goes blank after a couple of seconds.

The only thing it does is vibrate every 30 seconds! I’ve had the device since April and it’s worked fine until a few days ago. Thanks for any advice

My brand new Inspire shut down after charging and has been dark ever since. It will not even reboot.
