My inspire is saying I have burnt 888 calories before i put it on help

That's okay. Those are your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just by being alive.  They are always credited, even when you are not wearing the tracker.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
