My Inspire is no longer tracking anything

My Inspire shows 0 steps for the day, but does show calories burned. It also does not show any distance or sleep information. This blank info is the same on the Inspire and on the Fitbit app. Is there some type of outage that is impacting the devices?

So I actually figured out the solution to my own problem! I reset/restarted my Fitbit Inspire by connecting to the charger, then pressing and holding the home button until the screen went blank. It then restarted the device (display showed the smile). Once that happened, it tracked everything again. (It didn't catch up from before, but it's working now.)
