My Inspire is not tracking steps and won’t restart

How do I go about getting a refund.I have only had this for 2 months and need to keep daily track of my activities for health reasons. Please reply by email ASAP.😭

Hi @EvaDee276  You wont get an email reply by posting in the community forums. If you want a refund, it depends on the refund policy of the store you bought it from. If you bought it from the Fitbit Online store you have 45 days from purchase to return it for a refund, so it sounds like you are out of luck there. 

What happens when you try to restart it? Are you following the proceedure as given HERE?

I followed the directions given and nothing happened right away. I waited until the next day and things seem to be back to normalcy.
