I've had my Inspire for about 7 months. Last night it was acting weird. I was super busy at work this weekend so I assumed it ran out of charge even though I had charged it the day before. I put it on the charging cable, it wouldn't light up, I tried a few times and it finally showed a white line, then a smiley face, and so I went to sleep. This morning it will not turn on, it will not sync, and my phone can't find it despite turning the bluetooth off and on as I've read to try. I've tried resetting by holding it for 5 secs and 8 secs (because I read 8 works). Now when I try to reach customer support via email it says "There was trouble reaching support."
My Flex worked great for 4 years. Hoping a moderator here can expedite support.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
