My clock, etcc will not show up on the face of my fitbit

My info will not show up on the face of my fitbit

Me too. It started to update yesterday morning, the screen went black and it hasn't been working since. Now the Bluetooth won't sync. Very frustrating.

Something happened to mine overnight last night - can't get it to display anything, can't get it to sync or reset.  It vibrates when I touch the side buttons, but nothing is on the display.  It has intermittently synced with my phone, but not since late afternoon...  never had anything like this happen.  I have restarted the phone, turned bluetooth off and on, tried many times to reset the fitbit.

I will add that after chatting with support, my guidance was to clean the contacts and try to let it charge for at least 30 minutes.  I don't really think that's going to work because I already tried it.  But it's the step I have to take, so my issue isn't resolved yet.  I will also note that the flashing light on the back isn't working.  I hope my device hasn't somehow fried itself - it was only 7 months old!
