My experience with Ionic and Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have owned both the Fitbit Ionic and Inspire HR. Both died shortly after the warranty period. I asked for a repair estimate for the Ionic, but I was given a discount code to buy a new Fitbit watch.

This is disappointing from a variety of perspectives. It's grotesque to think of the waste I have in both watches and chargers. And I assume that I am likely not the only one who has experienced this cavalier attitude about the lack of longevity and durability and the contribution to waste. It almost seems as though Fitbit watches are engineered to die shortly after the warranty period.

Additionally, both watches struggled with syncing, which was incredibly frustrating.

Fitbit, please make a product you are proud to stand behind, support, and repair.

Sincerely,

Kayla

I received a Fitbit last year for Christmas.  Got a new phone for Christmas this year. Fitbit wouldn't connect... followed customer support... now it's stuck on the factory reset start screen and is 10000% useless.  The response I got was the same..... oh, looks like it's out of warranty here's a 35% discount on a new one. NO THANKS.  Super disappointed google.
