My fitbit Insire HR won't do anything

Bought a Fitbit Inspire HR today, watch charged okay, synched to phone but app asked for tracking update and despite trying numerous times, phone won't update the app so watch won't do anything!!!! Very frustrating!!!!

After boxing the watch up to return I decided to give it one last try - almost 4 hours for the tracking update to up load and watch is now working fine. Just back from exercising, good to see how many steps and heart-rate. Woman Happy
