Hello,
I have had my fitbit inspire HR for exactly 3 months. i have never banged it against anything or gotten it wet. It has been working perfectly until this morning. Today the screen suddenly went dark (but the back still has the green light). Even though i had charged it the day before, i connected it to my usb and tried to charge, but the screen does not light up like it always had before. I left it for a couple hours but no change. I held the button down for 5 sec and no change. However, i checked my mobile app and it appears to still be tracking my steps. I look forward to anyone who can offer advice as to how i can get my screen to work.

I connected it to the charge and held the button down for about 7-8 seconds and the green light on the back turned off. I pressed the button again and the screen started working. So at the moment it looks like the problem is resolved. However, I have now come across a number of other posts where people had the same issue - some have had the issue resolved while for others it seems to have been a temporary fix, as the issue recurs. I hope mine is the former.
