My fitbit cant register Sleep or Pulse

Hi! My Fitbit inspirer Hr does not register sleep or pulse, in the app I can’t add those functions as of this morning. 

I have tried to reset the Fitbit but still no change.

Hi @HannaSe19,

Can you do me a favor and make sure that the Heart Rate Monitor is on and working?  To see if it's on, you should be able to turn the device over and see a blinking green light.  This is the heart rate monitor.  It it's blinking, it's on.

If it's not on, I recommend taking a look at this article and following the steps there.

Yes its on, blinkning green. The device is working but not the app.
