It says that there is no network connection (the app) and I do have a connection so I can't login and it won't sync on my dashboard on the website.

Hi @SunsetRunner you just setting up the Inspire 2? You need to do that on a smartphone. I have Windows 8.1 and my Fitbit Connect stopped working. The newer devices have to be set up on our phones.
