Hi,
My fitbit hr has stopped working. I have tried to reset it many times but doesn't help. I have no green light and it won't turn on either.
I have only had it since May this year.
Really unhappy.

I'm getting a replacement as I contacted customer services. Then I can start tracking my fitness again.
