The Inspire does not have exercise shortcuts; the Inspire HR does. Perhaps that model better fits your needs if you can return your Inspire.

Now I'm confused. First you were saying there were no exercise shortcuts. Now you are saying there are 7 - why not 14?
And I would like to see where the manual or help section it says the Inspire has 14 to choose from.
Just to verify, are you sure you are talking about the Inspire and not the Inspire HR?

That is what I am trying to workout it's not hard 7 on the app yes. But the info you get on it says 14 yes it says 14 on the watch yes but I am not getting 14 to choose from. online instructions for the inspire says to get them you need an exercise shortcut and it takes you through the steps yes but it does not do it on mine and I am not stupid it's an inspire not an inspire hr please if you are not going to help an insult me please dont respond. Thankyou

@Saz19 The Inspire has SmartTrack, the feature that auto recognizes certain activities. It does not have the Exercise App, the feature that lets you choose among a longer list of exercises.
Here is a relevant section from the Fitbit Store page:
The Inspire HR also has SmartTrack, so it auto recognizes certain activities.
It sounds like you want the model with the Exercise App. In that case, you should return your Inspire and replace it with an Inspire HR.
