I just got a fitbit inspire, and when I was trying to set up my device I went through the steps until I got to the 'get to know your fitbit' page. I previously had a fitbit, and when I set it up on the same computer it worked. I don't know if it is the device or the computer or what. Please help!!

I tried it with an Iphone, and after a little while it works.

If you used the same email address it should be there.
Look on your Dashboard over on the side under devices and it should be listed

Thank you for the advice, but I still cannot get it to work after 3 hours of trying, it isn't listed or able to connect, it's still a blank whit where it should show all the instructions to set up the device.
