My fitbit not swiping

Hi! I've only had my fitbit for a year and it will not swipe at all or go to another screen. I have tried to restart it but it will not work. I have held the button down for 5 seconds multiple times and all it shows me is the battery. Is there anything I can do to get my fitbit to swipe to another screen. I don't ever get it wet, and take it off when I go to take a shower. Thank you so much!

Hi Alleycat.

This happened to me about 5 month ago. My Versa was about 1 month old and one day screen wouldn't swipe. I tried everything. Also suggestions by customer service but nothing would work. 

So about 4 month later of just using it via App and being able to see steps, it started to work. No idea why or how, but I guess a miracle. Hope that wont be your story. 

But I think the solution is either to send your watch for repair or wait. There is nothing can be done from your side

thank you so much for the information, I will be contacting support very soon so maybe they can fix it. This Fitbit is on me 24/7 expect when I shower.
