I need a new charger. My fitbit simply says "Inspire". Is that Inspire 2, 3, HR? How do I know which one to buy the charger for?

Hi @InJaxFL. A warm welcome to the community forums.

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding your Inspire.

In your Fitbit app, you can go to the top left corner, tap the phone and device icon, then you will see the Inspire icon; if it says just Inspire, it means it's actually Inspire. If it says Inspire HR or 2 or 3, it means it is any of these that I mentioned.

I don’t see a phone icon in the top left corner. Or anywhere else. Actually, I can’t find much. The September/October update is horrible, even after I loaded the latest update. WHEN will this be corrected?? And I still need to find which version I have.

@Cmkan the red arrow in this image is pointing at the phone icon.

Tap that and the next screen will show which Fitbit device you have.
