What are you trying to sync it with? If it's an Apple device and you recently updated to iOS13 Fitbit is aware there is a BT problem and is working on a solution.
Thanks for your response. It seems to be an intermittent problem so sometimes it’s ok and sometimes it’s not. Just very frustrating rather than damaging. Thanks again for your help.
