@Tia.hollyer , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and information.

Please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit App installed.
Keep in mind, that almost all the connections between your phone and Inspire 2, will be managed over the Fitbit app and not the bluetooth menu on the phone.
Meaning, you could see the Inspire 2 on the Bluetooth Menu on your phone, but if it's not paired to your Fitbit Account, then it will not sync.

Please on the Fitbit app tap on the devices icon ( upper left corner)
You'll see the devices paired with your account.
If you don't see the Inspire 2 there, then you'll need to pair it.

Follow the steps described here,How do I set up my Fitbit device?

or if you encounter any difficulty, try the steps here: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi, thanks for trying to help me solve my problem, but unfortunately it hasn’t been fixed. Ive tried to pair my fitbit to the app how you said, but it keeps getting stuck on “connecting to fitbit”. All the steps will work and i will get the code on my fitbits display and then i will enter the code everything freezes and it errors. I cant pair my fitbit with the app yet it is still connected go my phones bluetooth.

  • @Tia.hollyer , Thank you for your reply and further information.

What phone are you using, and what's the operating system is it using? (eg. iPhone 13 iOS 17.4.1, Samsung A21, Android 12, etc)

    In the meantime:
Make sure there is no Bluetooth device connected to or nearby the phone. (headphones, keyboards, etc.)

Please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your the Inspire 2.
  • Please on the phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth and remove all connections that exist with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone's operating system version)
  • Turn off the Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again, but DO NOT attempt to connect to the tracker from here.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the tracker as a new device.

Thank you, I’ll try that now. I have an iPhone 12 mini and it’s operating on iOS 17.5.1
