My hourly 250 steps aren't working correctly on Inspire 2

The steps are showing in my phone as 4 of 12 completed (I'mset for 7am-7pm), but the Inspire 2 is not showing that I've completed any (0 of 5 completed). This is important because it's related to my HSA account.

Me too!  I just did 1,000 steps and it hasn't changed the number of hours that I met my goal!
