Hello,
Today's morning, I noticed that the touch screen on my inspire 2 was not working. The clock face is shown, and the water lock isn't activated. I looked around for people with the same issue and people suggested: changing the clock face (it didn't work) and also restarting my Fitbit. I tried that, and I got the smily face and all, but after that the screen stayed black, I tried it again couple times and the same thing happened (smily face but then nothing). I know that Fitbit is on as it still vibrates and trackes my movement ( i can see on the app). Also, I tried to change the clock face again, the loding bar appeared on my Fitbit, but the screen turned black again. So the Fitbit is still working, but I am not sure what's causing all this. I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

I have had thst happen a few times before on mine as well. When this would happen, I would have to put it back on the charger just until you see the screen again, then take it off. Idk why this happens, but that seems to fix the problem. Hope this helps yours too!

I tried charging it throughout the night, but it didn't fix the issue.
