My Inspires 2 has stopped recording my pulse and therefore my sleep. What do I do?

Hi, @Pastorbob1 , please check to make sure that your heart rate detector on the Inspire 2 hasn’t accidentally been turned off. On your Inspire 2 swipe down to find the settings menu. Tape on that and then swipe until you find heart rate. Make sure that it is not toggled to OFF.
If heart rate is turned ON, but still not working, please toggle it off, wait a moment, and then toggle it back on again. Hopefully that will get you going again.
