My inspire 2 won't connect to bluetooth

I've had it for a few months. It hasn't been connected to my Bluetooth for 10 days, I've turned off my phone, forgot the device via phone Bluetooth. I've tried to turn off my fitbit but the buttons everyone refers to aren't even there. Im assuming they mean the sensors on the sides?? When I try it just lights up and falls asleep. So I dont know what to do and its pretty frustrating

Welcome to the community, @shiohumm.

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Inspire 2. I understand your concern and before we go through this process, could you confirm if you see an error message when trying to sync? Also, what is the model of your phone?

Assuming you've tried the steps described here, I'd recommend reconnecting your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Forget your Inspire 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap Devices > Add More Devices.
  5. Select your Inspire 2, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
