My inspire HR is not counting active mins, cals burned or distance accurately. Steps are accurate.

For 2 days my inspire hr is not recording my distance travelled, calories or active minutes accuartely. I have spoken to customer services who say they are aware of the problem. Anyone else having a problem? 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my android device, cleared my data and done the factory reset on the Inspire HR itself and nothing has worked. Any ideas?

I have distance but for the last 7 days or so I dont have my HR. Why my HR just dissapear ?
