I have an Inspire HR and my display screen won’t work
I have been trouble shooting for the last 5 and a half hours
i have up dated the device updated the app, synced the device, restarted the watch and the phone. I even removed the device from my account.
I can reboot the device by holding the button for 10-12 seconds and the smiley face appears.
when updating device the update bar showed progress on the watch as well. There for I know the screen works. But that’s all it will do.
I tried to add the device back on to my account after deleting and rebooting everything. However now it won’t show the code on the display so now I can’t add it back on.
ive played with settings for it and I just don’t know what to do anymore.
This is extremely frustrating! Any suggestions are welcomed!?!
