My inspire HR not syncing full amount of steps

My Fitbit will count steps past 6754 but when it's time to sync it goes back to 6754 steps and will not update challenge or account with my current steps. How do I fix this or do I need a new one?  It's only 6 days old. Counts steos but won't sync.  I did a reset, restarted phone, uninstall and reinstall app and also inspire HR.

Hi @DeeAlexandra  As restarting didnt fix the issue, it sounds faulty. I will flag a moderator to come and help you.

@DeeAlexandra welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Inspire HR since the app doesn't show the full amount of steps that your Inspire HR tracks. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Since the issue persists, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
