it does not restart, it doesn’t turn on, the Fitbit app doesn’t even allow me to comment or post anything. I love never swam with it, and I’ve never showered with it. It also doesn’t charge( it doesn’t even show me that it’s charging/ the charging icon) If anyone knows why this is happening, or what I can to save it, I would be very grateful/ thankful to you. I can’t afford a new on( I actually got it as a gift) and I really need to look after my health , and without it I can’t really do that. Please and thank you!🙏🏼💛

Contact support. Use Help link at top of forum. Or take it back where ever you got it and exchange it
