This evening I noticed that I could not log food on my Inspire HR, but just figured it was a glitch. Then I went bike riding and my phone and my fitbit would not register that I rode the bike on my phone even tho the phone says it synced. So I tried all your fixes on here. I did force stop, I cleared cache and cleared data. I uninstalled ap and reinstalled it. I restarted phone. I logged out of the app and then when I went back to log in it will not allow me to saying that no internet connection or Fitbit.com is unavailable right now. My android, Galaxy S7, is connected to the wifi on everything else on the phone but the fitbit is having a problem. So now I cannot even log into the Fitbit app on my phone. I can log in on my laptop, but not on my phone. But even when I log in on my laptop, it is not recognizing the exercise I did this evening. Please help me fix this.

There seems to be some Android based problem across all fitbit devices. I am facing the same issue on my inspire HR. Any idea how to escalate this issue?

I guess I'm going to try calling or emailing them. Very frustrating since t worked fine til this evening. And I just started tracking my exercise and food again for fall. Ugh! Hope to find solution. If I do, I'll let you know.

Mine seems to have started working now. I think fitbit is working on the problem

So I went and updated my profile pic and tried one more time to log in fitbit app, and it WORKED!! Everything synced up. It even recognized my bike ride from this evening. Crazy!
