Hello,

 

My Inspire HR will not turn on or show any charging screen or simply face or any activity. I connected it then held the power switch for 10 to 12 seconds then unplugged it and nothing. I cleaned the charging points of the device and the charger and then connected it and nothing. I removed it from my phone and thought it will find it again and pair with my device but nothing. What do I do?
