My inspire hr has stopped syncing.

It last synced on 18 September. I have not been able to get it to sync since. I have always had issues with this the whole time I have had it but it always synced in the end, but not this time. 

I have tried:

Resetting device

Restarting phone 

Uninstalling app

Turing off Bluetooth and all other connected devices

Updating current software 

And all the things this forum has told other people!

 

So not sure what else I can try other than contacting fitbit directly!

 

Amy other advice would be appreciated, thank you.

Hi @Michelle2884  What phome are you using? Have you tried all the suggestions in THIS  Help Article on syncing issues? If you have I would suggeat you contact Customer Support for some help.

I'm having the same issue. Last synced September 22. Have tried everything in the article posted. So frustrated.

I'm also trying to sort the same issue on behalf of my mum.  Her last synced on the 20th September... I've tried everything - so frustrating...

Same here. I sync mine both my motorola phone and ipad so I know it is the tracker not my devices. Every few days I get failure to sync. This is my second Fitbit. I had a charge 3 that lasted a year exactly. I have had this two months and I have to deal with this nonsense. I cannot figure out how they get such good reviews.

Thank you @NellyG , I did manage to fix the issue by changing the settings on my phone, I have a huewei p30 lite and it seems that fitbit and huewei don't like each other muc😂 But it's working great now, better than it ever has, having no problem syncing and even getting my notifications through now which was hit and miss before. Thank you for replying x

Sorry to hear you're having the same issue @mesikazej ! It's really annoying! I did manage to fix the issue by changing the settings on my phone, I have a huewei p30 lite and it seems that fitbit and huewei don't like each other muc😂 But it's working great now, better than it ever has, having no problem syncing and even getting my notifications through now which was hit and miss before. Maybe try that avenue if you haven't tried already 🤞🏻Good luck x
