My inspire hr was a disaster...

  • But Fitbit customer service reversed my mind not ever using Fitbit again,. First the replaced my not working charger for free. It came in the mail the next week, but after finally being able to charge my Christmas present it was constently shutting itself of and no steps or anything else was recorded. Called customer service again and received a new free inspire hr, delivered right to my door and it is working fine so far. Thank you Fitbit!

Yes I had no problem getting replacements and it's working perfectly so far 👍😊
