My inspire hr won’t record stairs

I took the first one back to the shop and replaced it thinking that it was broken but it won’t measure stairs. My old Fitbit did. Any advice?

Hi @Paula57  the Inspire series lacks an altimeter, so it can't recognize flights of stairs. It doesn't know you're going up stairs. You might want to check out other styles in the store for one that does.
