My inspire is not synching properly

My Inspire was synching well for a month or so, but it has not been tracking properly since June 9th. Have I perhaps pushed a wrong button on my computer or on my actual Fitbit Tracker...PLEEZE HELP!

Hi @Lindarob  Wjat phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
