My inspire2 recently started to act crazy

Within the last week my inspire2 started to quickly change from screen to screen on its own. I thought I did not charge it properly so I recharged it. This did not help. The device is fully charged and I cannot shut it off holding the sides as I would have done in the past. The screen is just changing not recognizing what I do. Any recent updates that would explain this?

Hi @Mimiphitbit Try restarting your device. If this doesn't help then it has sadly died.

If Inspire 2 is unresponsive: 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  4. Release the buttons. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
