My new Inspire 2 reverts to "quck start" menu - even after reboot

Hello Inspire 2 Brains-trust,

Three days ago, I made the switch, after 6 years using an Alta, to using a new Inspire 2 (Firmware Version). It worked just fine for 24 hours, but then stopped logging sleep (I was able to log it manually in my Dashboard) and not automatically showing the clock face. I tried changing the clock face, and that worked briefly on the second day. Today is the third day, and the Inspire 2 keeps reverting to the quick start menu even though I haven't "asked" it to do anything. It has also stopped issuing "reminders to move" despite this appearing to be properly set up in the settings. My questions are:

1) How do I set it so that I see the clock face first and can then scroll to steps, alarms, etc.?
2) How can I ensure that it tracks sleep automatically?
3) How do I resume reminders to move at 10 minutes to the hour?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I, too, found my sleep stopped registering after I changed the clock face setting. I may have set DND inadvertently but unset it last night and still logged no sleep.

UPDATE

I have solved most of my teething problems with Inspire 2, but two difficulties remain, and I would love some help, PLEASE.

**1) The Fitbit tracks "running" (under exercise) unexpectedly with no action on my part, and I have to use a workaround to exit it.
**2) The Fitbit constantly reverts to the Quick Start menu and I have to use a workaround to exit it.

WORKAROUND
I have discovered that the same workaround is effective for both of these problems. I go to the GALLERY in the App and change the clock face. This causes the Quick Start menu to close, and I can see my home screen again.

QUESTIONS
What is the correct way to navigate from "running" to the clock face?
What is the correct way to navigate from the Quick Start menu to the clock face
[I have tried squeezing the buttons for both of these, unsuccessfully]
How can I stop issue **1) above from recurring?
How can I stop issue **2) above from recurring?

I hope someone is able to help.
