My new Inspire HR cant pair with my Xiaomi redmi note 7 pro

2 days ago i bought a new inspire hr (after i had fitbit alta for a couple of years without any problems)

i cant sync and even pair the fitbit and the phone i even tried pairing with another phone (same model)

and with a computer (that didnt even find it with the blue thooth)

i must say before you asking

i uninstall the app and reinstall it again, unpaired  the old fitbit (i gave it away).

already restart the fitbit. nothing happened.

waiting for your help soon or i sadly giving the fitbit back.

Hi @michalimarinina Unfortunarely your phone is not on the Supported Devices List which I thinknis the cause of your problems. I know your old Fitbit worked with your phone, but the new Operating System is more demanding of the link to the phone and often wont work where older trackers do work. All you can do is try all the troubleshoots in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
