My new Inspire HR only lists pilates as exercises to track

I bought an HR 2 weeks ago to replace my charge 3 that died and now it won’t sync to my phone and weirdly, when I go to track exercise, it lists pilates as an option  5 times. I don’t have pilates in my log at all, and never have. Anyone have a similar issue and fix it? Or did I just get a lemon...

@FitishMom Welcome to the Community.

 

Let me help you with your Inspire HR only showing Pilates as an exercise option and it not syncing with your account. Lets start with the syncing issue by trying the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Regarding the exercise showing on your tracker. Remove the Pilates option from your tracker, save and sync then use one of the remaining options on your account.
