My old Inspire tracker records steps but they are not transferring to the app

I am asking what I need to do to have my Inspire tracker which is recording steps but they are not being recorded in the app. How do I fix this. It’s not an Inspire 2 model.

Thank you for the details regarding your Inspire.

Please, let me know if you are having difficulty syncing something else that just the steps.

In the meantime I'd suggest you perform these steps in the Fitbit app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the steps are available now.
