My tracker won’t sync to the Fit it App on my I phone 6

Have turned phone on and off 3x, have turned the tracker on and off once, and read the first 40 pages of the instruction manual, I’ve turned on notifications and blue tooth. Have used it successfully for 2 weeks. Now I cannot get the tracker to sync - it has not synced for over 48 hours. The Bluetooth My Devices section says Inspire HR is not connected. I have reset everything and it is still not syncing! Help - Internet is working here. Don’t know what else to do. This is a very new FB and it had been working fine... sigh.
