Hi @Hellcat73  Sometimes my charger takes a little wriggling after it has attached magnetically to get it to make contact. Fitbit recommend you dont you use a power block, but use either your computer or a wall charger, so give one of them a try. If you continue to have problems then either return it to the store you bought it or contact Support (link in my signature

I'm having same issue with my just out of box inspire. Already figured it must be the charging cable. I'll try the support chat route too I guess. Thx

Similar problem with my Inspire HR.. The charger will not stay connected to the tracker.  After a lot of  juggling to get a charging connection, I have to tape it in place or the charger disconnects as soon as I set the tracker down. It's getting very frustrating.  My Alta HR was a snap.

A second issue is the length of the charger cable. I do not have a single wall outlet or computer USB port that is low enough that the tracker can be laid down while charging. I have to set up something else to make either of them manageable. Trying to get these two items working as they should is making me pretty unhappy with Fitbit and I loved them before.

I've had my Inspire for a few months and just this week it wont charge. After carefully inspecting the cord I found that one of the prongs is pushed in. I cant get it to come back out either. I will be contacting Fitbit help today as well. See the prong closest is the one that's pushed in and wont connectSee the prong closest is the one that's pushed in and wont connect
