Have recently transferred my account over to Google (now have an Oppo Android mobile phone). Unfortunately, none of my data has transferred, so Google assumes that I've begun from square one ( No badges gained already have shown up, but are on this site somewhere!) Any answers? I'm lost at the mo' as I can't use my Fitbit without a new wrist band. Are they beast to fit?? Would love some help.......

Hi @nimmers Wrist bands are pretty easy to change. You can buy a new one HERE under Accessories.
