I hit update on my watch and it wiped everything off my watch. I was try to sync it and then found my old Charge was on my app so deleted that thinking I would just have the inspire hr on there but it took both off. Now I’m stuck, I can’t find out how to reinstall & sync

@SueHager yes. You need to set up your Inspire HR. Log into your account and tell it you want to set up a new device on your existing account.
