Brand new out of the box 1 day and the screen suddenly won’t turn on. Double tap and buttons don’t activate face. It went into water lock mode after I washed my face which is when the problems started. After a few hours of messing with it, it went from sort of acting up to totally non responsive. Green light still works and I’m getting data from my app, but the face will not turn on. I have tried to do a reset to the device, but that also did not fix it.

My Inspire 2 is more than a year old, and I am having this problem for the first time today. I also noticed "water lock mode" on the face right before it went dark, but I hadn't gotten it wet. It was 26% charged, and I've been able to charge it to 100% (per the phone app), but cannot get the face to activate.

I just got my screen to turn on again! I read in another thread that the unit needs to be plugged into the charger when you try to restart it; the previous times I tried, it was fully charged but not plugged in. This time, I plugged it in and held the sides for at least five seconds, then released, and it restarted.
