Had an Alta and just bought Fitbit Inspire HR today. Got one deleted and the other added just fine and at first my 11K steps from today transferred to the new device. Next time I looked I had 65 steps! They're gone from the phone, computer, and device itself. I could cry! Just started Run the Year Yesterday and the steps are gone from there too. Can anyone please help!
