I've just purchased a new Fitbit Inspire HR as my husband has had pretty good success from his. We've tried syncing it on my phone, which I've just found out is not compatible (Honor 7) although it was able to pick up but it will not let it update. We've tried updating it through my windows 10 laptop and his Samsung S9 that he uses with his, but the update just keeps on failing. We've read the forums on here and we've tried resetting the device a number of times, re-set the device up through the laptop and his S9 and still the update just won't work.

I just bought a new inspire and it is not
updating, failed at 6%. We have reinstalled the apps on iPhone 7, paired the Fitbit correctly, reset the fitbit and connected to the phone many times. Nothing is working. Please advise

Just got the Inspire HR. Version shows as 3001.40.60, update repeatedly fails at 4%. I have tried all of the reset/restart processes, including trying to sync from another device, without success. The next step said to contact customer support and it brought me here. Please advise how to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I'm also having the same problem. I've tried resetting my phone, my pc and uninstalling and re-installing app. I've already lost data of restarting the app as well. Very frustrating!
