New Fitbit on existing app

I lost my Fitbit over 18 months ago.  I now have a new Fitbit Inspire.  I am trying to add it to my existing account.  Please help.  I do not see where I can add a device and then sync it.

I'm trying to switch to a new device.  I had a FitBit One and I'm switching to an Inspire.  The page I'm being sent to is nonworking and I'm being sent to the store page.
