How do I cancel old Fitbit, can’t use my email on new Fitbit?

Hi @9o- your email address is linked to your Fitbit account, not the Fitbit tracker.

Open the Fitbit app, log in with your Fitbit email and password.

Now tap the top left to go to settings.

Now tap Add Device an gsd set up your tracker.

See the setup instructions.
