New Inspire 2 - how to get it to stay on longer

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my old Fitbit One & Zip for a long time, over ten years!  I just got the Inspire 2 through a wellness program and I chose it because of the CLIP.  I am wearing it on my wrist.  The display does not stay on long enough for my liking.  I have to tap it all the time to see it (so wearing it as a watch is not useful.). I figured out how to get it to wake when I move my wrist, but I have to move it pretty hard.

I almost got the Luxe (I would have to pay extra; the Inspire 2 was included) but I am considering getting an Apple Watch and then putting this tracker in my pocket during the day like I do with my One.

One of the clock face choices said “always on” in the description, but it wasn’t the case.

I can see why people who still have One really like it.
